Privacy Policy
1. General Information
This privacy policy informs you about the type, scope, and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Responsible Party:
Marco Mori

Email: [email protected]
2. Hosting and Website Operation
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, using Cloudflare Pages. Embedded videos are delivered from Cloudflare R2 storage, operated by the same provider. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable, and performant operation of this website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Cloudflare may store personal data on servers outside the EU, including in the USA. Cloudflare complies with the GDPR and uses appropriate safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses; Cloudflare also participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
For more information on how Cloudflare processes data, visit: https://www.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa/
3. Access Data and Server Log Files
When visiting the website, Cloudflare automatically collects certain technical data (so-called server log files) on our behalf, including:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Requested URL
- Referrer URL
- Browser type and version (user agent)
- HTTP status code
These log files are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and stable operation of this website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), for technical monitoring, security, and website optimization purposes. They are not combined with other data sources. Storage duration follows Cloudflare's standard log retention period.
4. Embedding of YouTube Videos
Some projects on this site contain embedded videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode and only load after you actively click the play button. When you do so, your browser connects to YouTube's servers.
Personal data such as your IP address may be transmitted to Google. If you are logged into your Google account, YouTube may associate your visit with your user profile. For more information, see: https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. Social Media Links
This website contains links to social media profiles on:
- X (formerly Twitter)
These are standard external links. No data is transmitted to these platforms when simply visiting the website. Only after clicking a link will your data be transmitted to the respective provider.
6. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use tracking tools such as Google Analytics or marketing cookies, and it does not set any cookies itself. Fonts are served from the website's own domain; no third-party font servers are contacted. The optional chat assistant (section 7) stores a random session ID and your chat history in your browser's local storage and session storage, not in cookies.
7. Chat Assistant and Project Enquiries
This website offers an optional AI chat assistant. It is a voluntary service; the website is fully usable without it. The chat widget (script and profile photo) is loaded from ai.marcomori.net, which is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When a page loads, your IP address and browser data are therefore transmitted to Vercel for delivery of these files. This is based on our legitimate interest in offering the assistant (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
When you write a message, it is sent together with the previous conversation to a server function on ai.marcomori.net and from there to OpenAI, L.L.C., USA (or OpenAI Ireland Ltd.), which processes it with a GPT language model and returns the answer. Please do not enter particularly sensitive data in the chat. The conversation is kept in your browser's session storage only for the duration of the session and is deleted when you close the tab. Marco does not store the conversation on the server.
If you voluntarily leave your name, e-mail address or phone number, your industry or type of project, and optionally your company, budget range and deadline (in the chat or in the contact form of the chat), this information, a short summary of your enquiry and the last messages of the chat are forwarded to Marco via the messaging service Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc. or its operator; servers outside the EU are possible) so that he can contact you personally. By submitting the form or confirming your details in the chat, you consent to this forwarding.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (answering your enquiry, pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR for the voluntary forwarding of your contact details (consent, revocable at any time with effect for the future by e-mail to [email protected]).
Third-country transfer: Vercel, OpenAI and Telegram may process data in countries outside the EU/EEA, including the USA. The transfer relies on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions of the respective providers.
Retention: Enquiries are deleted as soon as they are dealt with and no statutory retention duty applies.
8. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Correct inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Delete your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restrict data processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Object to data processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
Please contact [email protected] for any inquiries regarding your data.
